Problem:
Pervasive Coffee Stain on $350 Community Chair
Solution:
Stain was very visible and the chair had to be rendered “un-usuable” or possibly thrown away unless it could be cleaned. Resh Commercial was under a maintenance contract with this local retirement community to clean their furniture, flooring and carpets and for about $9 removed the stain.
Problem:
Commercial Carpet Cleaning Services: Large furniture dealer had a copier spew toner all over their newly installed carpeting.
Solution:
Having used The Resh Company before for their own clients to clean carpeting, upholstery and fabric panels, we were called to work magic on this awful toner stain, and to save several hundred dollars in replacement costs. Since toner is actually a type of dye and can be very difficult to remove, our expertise and years of experience were able to save the carpeting for a minimal amount and it didn’t have to be replaced.
Problem:
Local church had unsightly, dirty looking scuffed up vinyl tile in their building.
Solution:
The original installer had worked with The Resh Company before and called us to see if we could help them restore to original shiny condition. The old flooring surface was vigorously stripped and we applied a new coat of wax and buffed the floors creating a beautiful like-new shiny floor, at a minimal cost.
Problem:
High traffic loading dock area that is used heavily and looked nasty before client started our regular maintenance program.
Solution:
On going maintenance customer with 3x carpet cleaning weekly due to the size of their facility and on EVERY VISIT, we focus on this high traffic area so their employees and customers ALWAYS see and walk on carpeting that not only“looks clean” but is maintained. Without this frequency and attention, their commercial carpeting would have to be replaced often, costing this client thousands of dollars.
Problem:
An employee had an ink pen explode and it seemed to ruin the brand new carpeting in the hallway where it had been installed months earlier.
Solution:
This customer was under a carpet maintenance agreement with The Resh Company and called us to see if we could remove the ink from their new carpeting. With our years of experience we were able to save the carpet being replaced (at significant cost) and we didn’t have to charge them since they had already been a great long-time customer!
Problem:
One of the tellers had spilled lemonade at her work station and the area looked awful because of walking through it and tracking the spill.
Solution:
This is one of our largest maintenance clients and they called us in to do our “magic” and thus saving them hundreds of dollars in replacement costs and prolonging the life of the carpet. And of course it looks much better.

Customer dropped their drink right in the middle of the lobby. Bank branch manager called us for an emergency stain removal.

This is a monthly maintenance client who was in need of an emergency cleaning before the “stain” could get worse and we were able to restore the carpet and the lobby for their customers and employees.
